Get the Most Out of Your Machine

At ShopSabre CNC, we stand behind our machines and are confident they will deliver the performance you need to create perfect finished products for life. To help you get the most out of your machine, every new ShopSabre CNC router and plasma comes with access to one of our 1-day basic training classes held each month.

Unlike many CNC manufacturers who use training as a way to make more money, we want you to minimize startup costs while maximizing your capabilities. Because our machines are so easy to run, our 1-day class provides you with everything you need to hit the ground running. There’s no need for complicated and extended on-site training.

During your 1-day class, you will be working hands-on with a member of our team as they walk you through the basics of CAD design/import to CAM and machine output. By the time you finish our 1-day class, you will have cut your first part on a ShopSabre CNC machine. These classes also cover what you need to know in order to operate and maintain your machine for years to come.

Although we have designed our control panel and software to be easy for you to use, we understand that questions can come up, and sometimes it is just nice to have peace of mind that the people who built your machine are truly backing it. That’s why we also include lifetime tech support, remote connection via internet, and a manual with startup guide. In the event you cannot make time to attend your training session or the distance is just too far from your location, these additional resources should provide you with everything you need to get your new machines up and running.

Please note private on-site training is also available for all of our customers by request and can be quoted to fit your company’s needs.
