IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Performance at the upper end of each range requires: reduced cutting speeds, longer pierce times, higher assist gas consumption, optimized consumables & process settings.
- The machine can cut beyond the optimal production range, but results will vary.
- A compressor can be used at the proper pressure. However, there is a reduction in cut quality and speed a lot of times.
- Material type, alloy, surface condition, edge quality requirements, and part geometry can all affect achievable results.
- Thicknesses shown are for reference using standard material grades and ideal cutting conditions.
- ShopSabre recommends part testing for critical applications.
- Fume extraction is required. Some metals could produce toxic gas and precautions shall be needed.

Each FiberSabre Series frame features an industrial plate steel braced floor design, providing increased floor contact and superior vibration control.
