Created here in Lakeville, Minnesota and constructed from Massive over-sized structural tube steel, then aerospace milled for accuracy, and welded for rigidity. Our Stacked and Welded design adds rigidity giving you more floor contact and better vibration control. Internally the large tubes are also cross braces and stiffened to increase the lateral rigidity.

ShopSabre IS-A Machines come standard with the Top Rated Motion Control in the world, including Mitsubishi AC Digital Closed Loop Servo Motors for Higher Speeds, Higher Accuracy, and Less Maintenance. These motors are Self-Monitoring and include Glass Encoder Technology which provides increased accuracy and performance under extreme conditions. The IS-A Controller allows for on the fly control from Controller to Motor with True CLOSED Loop to the Machine controller (Mitsubishi M8 Series).

ShopSabre CNC Frames are Run through some of the worlds most advanced processes to assure they are accurate including Precision Milling of contact surfaces for Bearing & Rail Placement along with Ball Screw Mounts. A machine can only be as accurate as its foundation so the Frame on a ShopSabre is built to a tolerance above the competition.

The IS-A controller has the simplicity of our world known CNC interface but the robust speed and communication of a dedicated style control. With the IS-A you can expect increased machining speeds,
