We use a Windows-based G-code controller
that is usually found in CNC machines much more expensive than the ShopSabre
models. You would expect to pay over six times as much to get the level
of control that our CNC router table gives you. That extra control shows
up in your finished products. Our CNC router table has true
helical interpolation and true arc motion, which gives you smoother
cuts, curves and angles.
Two other big advantages you get with our G-code controller come into
play before you send your first piece through the cutting gate. First,
the program is user-friendly. Within minutes you can translate a set of
schematics into a working set of instructions. The second advantage is
planning and budgeting for a production cycle is more
accurate. With our G-code controller, you can double check your
cutting program for accuracy and get an estimate on the total time that
each piece will require for fabrication.
