Meet the Team: Brian, Paint Supervisor
A production CNC router or plasma table must endure heavy industrial chips, coolant spray, and decades of rigorous shop wear. In this Meet the Team spotlight, Paint Department Supervisor Brian takes you inside our Lakeville, Minnesota facility to reveal how coating quality control keeps machine assembly moving on schedule.
Industrial coating is about far more than cosmetic appearance. Before a welded frame reaches the assembly floor, Brian and his team manage a precise multi-stage process of chemical washing, surface inspection, and industrial sealing. As Brian explains, “Watching quality control to make sure that the paint looks the way that it should on the tables and the metal, making sure that everything stays in line and in process so we’re not running into any delays.” That rigorous inspection standard ensures steel frames are thoroughly sealed against moisture and shop grime while keeping the entire production floor flowing smoothly.
Bringing 15 years of corporate risk management and operational oversight to the shop floor, Brian coordinates daily handoffs between fabrication, paint, and final mechanical assembly. Every machine is built and finished under one roof in Minnesota by craftspeople who take pride in American manufacturing.
