In this Meet the Team feature, Shipping Lead Benny takes you onto the manufacturing floor at ShopSabre in Lakeville, Minnesota to show how our shipping crew conducts final quality control before your CNC machine leaves the building.

Before an industrial CNC router or plasma table is loaded onto a freight flatbed, it must pass a rigorous final inspection. Benny and the shipping team review every single build that rolls off the assembly line. As Benny explains, “We will finish up all the machines from the day before, get all the final accessories onto them, do the final check over the machine, make sure everything is there that is supposed to be, check for any final paint misses, and then we strap it and get it ready for white wrap.“

From verifying tooling accessories and control consoles to sealing frames against road grime with heavy protective wrap, Benny ensures every machine arrives at your dock in pristine condition.
