1. Industrial Precision Frame
ShopSabre CNC Frames are FEA Engineered and Tested constructed from Massive 6x12 Steel Tubes which are Stacked and Welded for added rigidity giving you more floor contact and better vibration control. Internally the large tubes are also cross braces and stiffened to increase the rigidity!

3. Aero Space Milling Technology
ShopSabre CNC Frames are Run through some of the world’s most advanced processes to assure they are accurate including Precision Milling of contact surfaces for Bearing & Rail Placement along with Ball Screw Mounts. A machine can only be as accurate as it’s foundation so the Frame on a ShopSabre is built to a tolerance above the competition.
4. Ball Screw Technology
ShopSabre PRO Machines come standard with 3 Axis Ball Screw Drives with Y Axis (Long Axis) providing Twin Screws to give you 7 times more rigidity than competing machines and unprecedented performance. Ball Screw Technology used at ShopSabre is the latest in the Industry including which gives you less backlash than Rack and Pinion and thanks to our Whip Free Technology it increases the cutting accuracy and gives you superior edge finishes– Ball Screw Technology will outlast most comparable machines by as much as 3 to 4 times longer with very little maintenance required.
5. Vacuum Performance
The Vacuum Option on the ShopSabre PRO Series gives you quick and easy zone control with integrated hard pipe connection for increased air flow and the reserve tank built into the frame to assure your vacuum stays consistent!
6. HiFlow Vacuum Technology
ShopSabre CNC HiFlow Vacuum Technology increases the surface flow by as much as 50% over the competition which in the end results in higher holding pressures and power and better performance. Each Vacuum table on the PRO Series comes Milled from the factory by your machine cutting head reducing the needs for gaskets and bolts to hold your spoil board down and our exclusive HiFlow Grid makes nested manufacturing a breeze
7. Super Z Technology
ShopSabre PRO Machines is available with the Super Z Technology designed here at ShopSabre CNC. This increases your Z Axis to 16” of Travel while maintaining incredible rigidity thanks in part to our FEA Engineered Stiffener Technology for Tool Plate Strength and our Z Axis Servo Motor Control System and Air Balancer Technology giving you some of the quickest Tool Changes and Drilling cycles in the class!
8. Precision Linear Guide Technology
ShopSabre CNC uses the latest in CNC Bearing Technology with 25MM Linear Guide Rails and Bearings on all Axis. Each axis has 4 Large Body Quad Bearing rollers with wipers to increase the performance of your machine. These Bearings assure the surfaces stay clean while increasing the machine rigidity under load which results in increased performance and reduced maintenance in large part due to the ball bearing technology!
9. Industrial Precision Gantry
Just like our Frames, our gantry construction is constructed of massive heavy wall 6x12 Tubes that have been FEA Designed and Tested to provide higher cutting forces and less vibration. The Bearing Spacing on our gantries are larger than competition’s machines to better handle the routing forces while increasing cut speeds.
10. Industrial Gantry Uprights
Like everything on a ShopSabre, the Gantry uprights are also more industrial. Using High Quality North American Structural Steel these uprights increase the bridge clearance to 12” Standard and provide more rigidity for better cutting quality and versatility.
